FRANCE REPORT!

sooooo finally got the chance to blog about my france adventure.  France was crazy.  Reason for going was to see the boys WONGFU.  I’m hella proud of them and where they’re going.  This will be big things happening for them.  So much going on!

So me and kev and jae flew out from LAX to PHILLY then to LONDON anden to NICE,FRANCE.

JAMES & VIRMAN would leave a little later, because Virman had prior engagement and JAMES was graduating from LOYOLA LAW (congrats bro!)

Welcome to CANNES!!!

When we got there we got to relax a little bit, and then headed out for the show at the CENTURY CLUB in CANNES.. THE CENTURY CLUB is located in LONDON, (this is what i think) they rent out a portion of the beach, and set up shop and setup CENTURY CANNES! which is hella cool because you are like litereally a couple feet away from the beach!

it was overall a good night. FM performed a 15-20 minute set, and really rocked the crowd.  It was kinda scary for a moment because the demographic was kind of different, but i truly believe that GOOD PERFORMERS can rock any CROWD, and if you haven’t caught a FM performance you are definitely missing out! (Btw shout outs to JUDE LAW & GEORGE CLOONEY for getting up out of their seats and checking out the show)

Cannes is wonderful @ night!!!

So we went back and everybody crashed out, except for a couple of us nightcrawlers who pretty much stayed up all night and all morning just talking about life and the crazyness of this industry that we work in.

Next morning Jae, James & I decide to walk through CANNES…and just bask in the film festival…

we came back and went out to party in CANNES again!

SPONTANEOUS FLOW

I am the king of spontaneity.

Thursday was my frats annual fraternity super bash helded at our house on frat row @ USC.  It was a joyous occasion with many female attendees.  I returned home from a day of WILDNESS at around 5AM.  Not having a phone and driving around drunk people.  I was thinking in my head, damn this is pretty nuts.  So i take a nap for the day, and wake up to get a call from my pledge bro stimpy.

This is where the story really begins!

::ring ring::
Tom : yo yo whasssup stimpy!
Stimpy :  Hey you have to say Yes to the next question i’m going to ask you okay?
(I’m thinking in my head something really bad had happened and he needed a huge favor)
Tom : Is everything okay??? wassup?
Stimpy : Lets go to vegas right now. and come back tomorrow at noon so we can get back to LA by 5PM.

Stimpys real name is Christopher Lee.  He is also one of my pledgebros from this wild and crazy class called Alpha Omicron.

Heres the story from his end.

We left around 8PM to riverside to meet up w/ Denh, and we arrived at Vegas at around 1AM.

Of course this whole time I am highly under the influence.  Super blasted, so by the time we get to vegas.  We start drinking!!

FIrst place we go to is we hit up the REVOLUTION LOUNGE, and grab some drinks and meet up w/ the homie KOZMOE who always always takes care of me when I’m out in vegas.  He used to work over at TAO, but now he’s over at the REVOLUTION LOUNGE a new spot @ the MIRAGE.  He is the Manager there and is a great host if ya’ll ever need someone to hook you up in vegas.

Around 3AM we decide to go for a late night snack and start eating anden DRINKING & GAMBLING.

From then on we decide to start gamblingggggg and finished at 8AM! NO good stories from my time at the CRAPS TABLE & THE BJ TABLE

You can’t see it but the guy in the stripes is blockin STIMPY.

So after all the shenanigans at OSHEAS, we walk over to PARIS TO CATCH THE LATE BREAKFAST & HOPEFULLY get there in time for the LUNCH which features SNOW CRAB & KING CRAB

Now the tricky thing is LUNCH BEGINS @ 11:00 AM and it is 24.99 + tax

but if you go at 10:30AM it is only 14.99+ tax.  So we saved a shitload of money by doing this.

This is Stimpy waiting for the girls to meet us up and we can eat….

as you can tel by this time we were hella tired.

As you can tell I am king of the crabs.  Everybody at the table was pretty amazed of my skills of the CRABS cracking forming into PERFECT pieces of crab meat.

Crazyness week…Its been hard to take picture w/ my camera since

A. the LCD screen is broken
B. I Don’t want to look fuckin ghetto.

Me and AO at my lil sis’s LAST FORMAL, and yay for finally crossing a lil sis, and yay to mary for crossing her kids.
Its a trip how old we are getting. But as you can seee, i’m still keepin it G. lol

This week has been super hangout w/ the homie philip aka DJ STONNIE. We’ve been eating massive seafood, and I realized that I think i like crab more then i like fried chicken. (We hit up boiling crab, joes crabshack, ate some shrimp ravoli w/ lobster sauce at this dope italian place that i really like called C&Os)

Then wednesday was the party for the BIG BRO CARL! ANOTHER YEAR!

it was at green door at this super glitzy place, thats pretty much hidden. NO signage off of sunset, and all it is, is pretty much a GREEN DOOR. lol it was really nice. Kind of reminded me of the haunted mansion.

I had no camera that night, and i did get a picture w/ the big bro with Vy’s Camera, but she hasn’t uploaded it yet, soooo till then!

i have a picture w/ the ALLWEEK PARTY CREW, who tried to get me to head out to some pub near by, which they seemed like they were having a blast.

Then Friday we headed off to SD (me & stonnie) i had booked him a couple jobs out there, and we just hung out in SD, and just partied it up. BIG UPS to the SD BETAS for the hospitality and big ups to the CASAs/CA/CSAs for the dope Chinese Heritage Festival u guys threw on SUNDAY. I had a great time

[ note to self : i realize, i really like long drives home. Its just really comforting you know. It gives that sense of just "GOING HOME." Not just being a passenger, but I mean like being the driver. I just like Long Drives, the past 3 out of 4 trips I've been to vegas, I was the one who drove back home, and it was a great drive. No matter how tired I was, it just woke me up! ]
I got home pretty fast too

but i came home, looked in the mirror….

Wow its kind of weird writing in a blog that isn’t xanga.

Yup, I’ve gotten up and changed blog places. Why? I wanted a change of scenary, to start off fresh, and also because xanga & blogspot you can’t view from CHINA so I couldn’t blog there, when I was there.

So I shall try to blog as much as I can, and keep up to date w/ everyone on my goings in life.

First off! CHINA!

This was my first trip out of the country (not counting mexico). Boy, was it a trip. This was a tour management trip for none other but Jin the Emcee. It was a little thing put together by Jaded Productions for Bacardi Alcohol. It featured talents from taiwan / china & the US. Overall a good group of people, and really fun.

I met a lot of really great people!
